The gift voucher is:
- usable once or several times on our entire catalogue up to the purchase amount in euros including VAT during the period of validity
- valid for 18 months (once the expiry date has passed, it can no longer be used)
- non-transferable and non-refundable
- cannot be exchanged for cash in any form, either in whole or in part
- cannot be resold, credited to a card or bank account, discounted or resold
Using a gift voucher:
- The recipient of the gift voucher must contact the ROC ÉCRINS team before registering in order to discuss their project
- When registering on the ROC ÉCRINS website, the participant must enter the code and amount of the gift voucher.
